Evidence of violation: During renewal visit, it was noted that Kitrina and Scott's fingerprints would expire within 2 weeks, a discussion with Kitrina about getting fingerprints done on time was done during this visit and every visit thus far. Kitrina did mention that she had an appointment to get fingerprinted was on 10/6/25. Method of correction: To avoid future lapses/closures on childcare please ensure to get fingerprinted 2-3 months prior to expiration date listen on previous memo. Kitrina's childcare must close until fingerprint memo is back and uploaded to portal. Fiscal sanction if not corrected: $5.00 per day. Time allowed for correction: 20 Day.
