Evidence of violation: An email from the system came into Specialist inbox and noted that Cienna and Justin Toso's fingerprints expired, Licensing Specialist check on the portal and reached out to Cienna who confirmed she did not have the new fingerprints back yet. Method of correction: According to Cienna, she has been fingerprinted on 10/3/25 and Justin has been fingerprinted on 10/6/25. To avoid future lapses/closures on childcare please ensure to get fingerprinted 2-3 months prior to expiration date listen on previous memo.
