Evidence of violation: The staff member started work on 4/27/2026. The owner told me she was scheduled for Ped. CPR/AED/1st Aid training later in the month. I viewed the training record on the HUB, safe sleep/mandated reporter had expired in 2025. Method of correction: Complete Ped. 1st Aid/CPR/AED training 20 days. Complete Safe Sleep/Mandated Reporter in 20 days. Email the completed certifications to me. Fiscal sanction if not corrected: $5.00 per day. Time allowed for correction: 20 Day.
