Method of correction: Create a chart showing where each child's homeroom is. This chart needs to match the staffing schedule sent out on the prior Friday afternoons so staff know exactly where they should be and who they are to expect. The schedule needs to show the following: which staff is extra (if any), management's schedule and availability, and where management will bump children to if needed.
