Evidence of violation: A 2-yr old child left the provider's home without the provider's knowledge. An unknown person found the child outside, in the street, and returned the child to the provider's home. Method of correction: Children will be supervised at all times to protect their health and safety. The provider needs to be within sight or hearing range of all children at all times. If there are children outside, the provider will be outside with the children. The provider will install an alarm on doors used to enter and exit the home. Gates may also be used to restrict access to exits. Fiscal sanction if not corrected: $25.00 per day. Time allowed for correction: Immediate.
