The program director must ensure all staff are up to date and create a tracking system to be able to track when staff trainings expire. Once this is done, email to the licensing specialist.    Evidence of violation: While doing an unannounced visit to discuss and accident that occurred, I went into one of the staff's rooms that was present at the time of the accident. The staff Savannah Close was in the infant room. There were no other staff in the room. She had 5 infants. Method of correction: Ratio must be maintained at all times. Explain how the room will maintain ratio at all times. Fiscal sanction if not corrected: $25 per day. Time allowed for correction: Immediate.
