Method of correction: Submit to licensing specialist the facilities transition procedures. Submit to licensing specialist the facilities trackers that are being used. All staff for this facility will need to take Supervision Course #112431 training by licensing renewal. Fiscal sanction if not corrected: $15 per day. Time allowed for correction: Immediate.
