   Electrical outlets and power strips, not in use, which were located in space used by children did not have safety outlets or were not covered with safety plugs unless located behind furniture or equipment that cannot be moved by a child. In space #3 there was a charging station that had open USB ports that should be plugged or kept out of reach of children. In space #1 there was a soap that belonged to a teacher that is required to be kept out of reach of children that was lower than five feet.
