The following items were observed in the unlocked kitchen on the counter tops: 1.Two bottles of Water Works chlorine test strips that had "keep out of reach of children" were observed on the kitchen counter top. 2. One bottle of clorox disinfectant spray was on the counter top. 3. A pack of two aerosol cans of Homeline-Hawaiian bloom room spray was also accessible to children.
