Fire drills were not practiced monthly and/or the drill record was incomplete. Monthly fire drills were reviewed for the past twelve months. It was observed that the last one documented had occurred on March 19, 2026 and there was not one listed for the month of April. This was shared with Ms. Hunt and she was able to show other documentation on her computer reflecting that one had been conducted in April 2026.
