Human milk, formula and other bottled beverages including sippy cups, sent from child's home were not fully prepared, dated, and labeled for the appropriate child. In Space #3, an unlabeled sippy cup containing milk was observed on the floor in the block area. An unlabeled sippy cup containing water was stored on top of a table. When this was brought to the administrator's attention, she immediately removed the sippy cups from the space and took them to the kitchen to discard the contents, clean, and sanitize them.
