   Human milk, formula and other bottled beverages including sippy cups, sent from child's home were not fully prepared, dated, and labeled for the appropriate child. In Space #6, in the refrigerator, three bottles were not labeled with a date. One bottle was labeled with an incorrect date. When this was brought to the administrator's attention, she stated that parents did not correctly label the bottles upon arrival.
