Medications including prescription and non-prescription items were not stored in a locked cabinet or other locked container. 4 packets of Curad Triple Antibiotic Ointment were observe inside of the first aid kit stored inside the emergency bag used during outdoor play. A violation was found for which there is no item number. Hand Cleaning Wipes with a "Keep Out of Reach" warning were observed in a first aid kit stored in the emergency bag used for outdoor play. The bag was stored on a hook in a low lying cubby near the entrance. This is a violation of Sanitation rule .2820 (b) which states any other product that is labeled "keep out of reach of children" and does not have any other warnings on the label shall be kept inaccessible to children when not in use, but is not required to be kept in locked storage.
