The seats of swings in the outdoor play area did not have lightweight seats of rubber, plastic, canvas or nylon as evidenced by observed a saucer swing on the play yard, it is a metal swing that is covered with a Styrofoam and then canvas and feels soft to the touch. Provider stated that the swing ropes are place far apart to prevent sideways movement. This prevents possible crushing against the metal swing fram.
