The right side of the fence was missing a majority of the 78.10 foot length (approximately 60 feet was missing on that side). On the left side of the playground there was about half of the fence missing (approximately 40 feet). The remaining parts of the fence were not in good condition. Some parts of the fence were leaning or missing parts of the fence. Correction required: The outdoor play area shall be accessible without hazard and provide a safe fence around the outdoor play area as required. Inspection type: SUPPLEMENTAL.
