The requirements for sleeping materials were not met as evidenced by three child(ren) 12 months or older was/were sleeping/napping on the carpet without cot or mats. The variance was approved in 2001 for using mats that have to be non-absorbent and a sheet over the mat. The mats should be long enough for child's head or feet not rest of the floor. Lisa has a cloth individually assigned mats , that can not be used, due to them being absorbent. One child was asleep on an non-absorbent mat , but without a sheet.
