    An educator did not wash at least two children’s hands after diapering in the toddler/preschool room on the day of the visit. Corrective action: All staff have been properly trained in diapering and toileting protocols. Postings of these regulations have been posted near all diapering and toileting areas to remind staff. Staff will undergo monthly observations and feedback for following proper diapering and toileting protocols.. Regulation: The licensee must ensure that educators and children wash their hands with liquid soap and running water, using friction, in accordance with DPH guidelines. Hands must be dried with individual or disposable towels or automatic hand blow-dryers. The use of common towels is prohibited. In addition, we have added which TAs will be in each room on our written schedule for each classroom, following the attendance of students for that day..
