   Please cover the kitchen radiator. Please add a handrail on the open side of the stairs on the front entrance stairway. The hot water temperature was reading at 115 degrees F. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and working. Corrective action: I cover the kitchen radiator. I added the handrail and the hot water is back to normal. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. The indoor space must be clean, safely maintained, well-ventilated and well-lit, of sufficient size for the children served, and must encourage play and learning. Cited during: Progress Visit.
