Hand sanitizer and paper shredder are within the reach of children. The foam floor in the playroom is ripped and cannot be cleaned appropriately. There is peeling paint in the playroom. The gate is a tripping hazard. Corrective action: The hand sanitizer was removed the same as the paper on the same day that the licensor was present and the foam the playroom was removed I ordered one on Amazon. And the wall will be painted on Saturday 06/12/2026. Regulation: Safety Requirements for Equipment, Materials and Furnishings. The licensee must only use indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, furnishings, toys, and games that are appropriate to the ages, needs and developmental level of the children enrolled. There was debris in the backyard and the work on the stairs has not been finished. Corrective action: You will be finished by 06/19/2026. I talked to the people you are working with and they told me that by the date it will be completely finished.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The radiator covers can tip over and the pipes are hot. The hot water was 124 degrees. Corrective action: “I fixed the radiator issue by adding a metal cover that can’t come off.
