   Upon arrival licensor observed a slide and a trampoline on the porch that at the previous visit educator had been told to remove. The educator removed them during the visit. Hot water was 138 degrees. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Cubbies were not secured to the wall. Corrective action: Corregido. The licensee must only use indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, furnishings, toys, and games that are appropriate to the ages, needs and developmental level of the children enrolled.     Upon arrival it was observed that four children were in one room and one infant in the swing in the other room. Educator explained that they were having free time until lunch but there were not a lot of toys for them to use. The room with the baby had the light off, the tv was on the entire visit.
