The front porch top of the stairs need to be repaired, there is loose nails and the floor is weak. The railing in the back has peeling paint. The backyard needs to have old swimming pool materials removed. Corrective action: The front porch has been fixed and nicely painted on 05/05/2025. The back railing has also been repainted, & Old swimming pool materials were removed by the landlord on 05/10/2025. Regulation: Outdoor Space.
