   During a review of one child's medication consent form it was noted that the med consent form and IHCP was expired. Corrective action: NON-Compliance -Child IHCP and Medication consent form expired. Response - Contact the Family of the child via, phone, Procare and email with no response. Child is absent since the graduation on June 10/2025. Corrective Action - Child will not be accepted on the program until receive the update documents / Enrollment will do the termination for him as he will not come back ..
