The hot water temp is reading 137.6 degrees which exceeds 120 degrees. The refrigerator temp is not reading correctly it should be between 32-40 degrees. The backyard needs to be cleaned up grass overgrown and not able to be used by the children. Corrective action: Hot water temperature has been fixed it is now reading 116 degrees the grass has been has been mowed and cleaned up. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. The indoor space must be clean, safely maintained, well-ventilated and well-lit, of sufficient size for the children served, and must encourage play and learning. Cited during: Progress Visit.
