There are no evacuation logs for 2025. Records must be kept to show compliance with the regulations. Corrective action: For the evacuation log, I never found it, but I had my VOC home specialist monthly visit today, and she told me she had a copy from my anual report.. There is missing daily attendance for January 2026. Corrective action: I had them at the time of the visit I just couldn't find them.. 7.07(11) — Physical Facility - Indoors

Need a secured gate at the top of the second floor stairs. The bathroom is on the second floor. Corrective action: Over the weekend i went to the store and bought a new gate, now the stairs are all set and secured.. Regulation: Stairways. Stairways must be equipped with handrails. 7.07(01) — Physical Facility - Indoors

The back door exit needs to be cleared of the solid ice and made safe to use. Corrective action: Rite after the visit, I went to the store and bought the rite stuff and tools to break the ice, now is safe to use.. Regulation: The licensee must ensure that the physical facilities are safe, clean, in good repair and free from hazards and clutter. The licensee must monitor the environment daily to identify and remove or repair any hazards that may cause injury to children. Exits and evacuation routes must be kept clear of obstructions. 7.09(04) — Staff and Educators

Need to add training certificates for 2024 and 2025. Renewal date for the PQ Registry is 1/5/2027. Corrective action: I had all the certificates but didn't upload it them. Today I did upload them into the PQ REGISTRY. Regulation: All educators must register annually with the Department of Early Education and Care in accordance with EEC policies and procedures. One child needs the enrollment forms updated. All written parent permission forms must list the name of the educator and assistant (where applicable) which includes general permission and first aid emergency forms. Four children need current lead screening tests. Three children need current medical exams. One child need immunizations. Corrective action: I printed the enrollment forms from EEC, and the parents filled them out, all the children are all set with the Emergency Card and General permission, one parent provide me the child lead screen result, and the child folder is all set.
