The educator was working with someone that is not an approved assistant. Corrective action: Educator was getting some extra help from [redacted]. She has since applied to be a certified assistant, as well as made accounts in the PQ Registry, LEAD Portal, and Strong Start. Required trainings on Strong Start have been completed, as well as First Aid and CPR for pediatrics and adults. A physical and Family Childcare Medical Form has also been completed.. Corrective action: A 4 foot fence has been purchased and is being installed in place of the current one. The current fence has also been properly secured to avoid movement..
