   Daily attendance must be documented each day and available on the premises, to be reviewed by licensor when requested. There are some months of missing documentation for the children's daily attendance. There is no daily attendance available for January 2025. There are some months of daily attendance missing in 2024. The educator will send by email copies of daily attendance from VOC. DO NOT ATTACH DAILY ATTENDANCE TO THE VISIT REPORT. SEND IN A SEPARATE EMAIL. Corrective action: i do attendance daily and send it over Weekley to VOC so i don't always use my attendance book i will be sending over the copies of attendance in separate email.    The refrigerator temp is reading 48 degrees it should read between 32 - 40 degrees. Corrective action: i went in and adjusted the fridge thermometer to max temp of 40 and the minimum temp of 34 because they were on the wrong settings. Regulation: The licensee must provide refrigeration and storage for food at not less than 32? F, nor more than 40? F for all food requiring refrigeration. Meals and snacks provided by parents must be stored safely. Thermometers verifying temperatures must be maintained in all refrigerators. Cited during: Progress Visit.
