Three children need current progress reports. Infants up to fifteen months must have progress reports completed every three months, toddler/preschoolers every six months and once a year for school-age children. 7.12 — Mealtime, Food, Food Preparation

Need to keep copies of menus of the meals served during child care hours. The educator is currently not with a food program but will be checking into joining one. Corrective action: I have started writing down all meals served during childcare hours I cannot join a food program at the time because I only have my children enrolled when I enroll another child. The educator is repairing a part of the backyard fence Corrective action: Fence is now repaired. Need to have the cat vaccinated. There is a new cat and there have been no immunizations done at this time. The cat is not around the children in care. Need appropriate play materials for infants ages at least 6-12 months of age. The hot water temp is reading 113.3 degrees. The refrigerator temp is reading 40 degrees. The smoke and carbon detectors are working a second one on the first floor needs a new battery. The floors are slippery in the front hall, kitchen and bathroom.
