   One child has asthma medication and it was not listed. The child's plan was also missing information of when the child needs the medication. The spacer was also missing. The same child is diagnosed with febrile seizures and no medication or plan was in place. Corrective action: El medicamento no está en la lista porque la madre informo que le da el medicamento antes de llevar al niño al cuido y en la noche. Las convulsiones no se encuentran en el plan ya que no es una enfermedad crónica, pero la madre me informo verbalmente que si al niño le da fiebre que rápidamente me comunique con ella para notificarle que el niño tiene fiebre y cuanto es la temperatura, para ella notificarme que hacer o ella recoger al niño.
