Household member took a child off the bus that is not licensed a licensed assistant. Corrective action: The [redacted[] has been informed to text me when [redaction] put her child on the bus , so I know when the bus comes l. i will take the children with me to get the child off the bus.. The umbrella table has pieces of plastice bag hanging around the frame and there are twigs that need to be inaccessible to the children on the table. Corrective action: The debris has been removed from the table and plastic.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space.
