On the day of the visit the program did not have evidence that all Educators completed the required EEC Essential 2.0 trainings. Building Inspection did not include a use code. Corrective action: New building inspection with proper use codes have now been received and uploaded into LEAD. The program did not have evacuation procedures posted near each exit on the day of the visit. They also did not have a diagram of escape route near exits that did not lead directly outdoors. Corrective action: Updated evacuation procedures and diagrams will be posted at each exit that does not directly lead outdoors. A child with a medical condition had an IHCP on file that was dated 1/2/2025. Corrective action: Child has appointment scheduled in March to address medical needs and paperwork will be provided and updated. Updated paperwork will be placed in child's file in lock box and in medical bag on site..
