    Licensor inspected all of the indoor, licensed space, as well as the outdoor playspace (fenced in front yard). No hazards were observed in any of the indoor space. However, outside in the mulched area, there was a plastic slide that was on the edge of the fall zone. Regulations state that the fall zone needs to extend 6ft in every direction from the slide. Corrective action: The slide has been moved to have 6ft of clearance on all sides.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. The indoor space must be clean, safely maintained, well-ventilated and well-lit, of sufficient size for the children served, and must encourage play and learning. Cited during: Monitoring Visit.
