During the visit it was noted that the Building inspection was expired. Corrective action: Our building has been in contact with the building department for the past year working on issues that have occured since the fire last April and also change in maintenance staff. We have fixed all of the deficiencies and have an inspection coming up in early July. [redacted]. Regulation: Building Inspection. Every Program that is not located in a residence and every Program that serves more than ten children shall provide a certificate of inspection from the Department of Public Safety or the local building inspector certifying that the facility complies with the applicable 780 CMR: The State Building Code.
