Providers administering routine, scheduled medication or treatment to the child with a chronic medical condition shall have successfully completed training, given by the child's Health Care Practitioner, or, with his/her written consent, given by the child's Parent or the Program's Health Care Consultant that specifically addresses the child's medical condition, medication, and other treatment needs., Staff Training – Medication Administration.
