Licensor observed an infant sleeping on a small circular pillow with a blanket. A letter must be signed by the parent and the educator must submit a plan of correction. The licensor will conduct another visit for safe sleep of the infant within 7-10 days. The educator and assistant will be completing the safe sleep training and additional follow may be required of the educator. Licensor emailed all the safe sleep information and pledge today. Corrective action: took the safe sleep training again, gave letter to the child's parent and let her know I can't put her child to sleep like that anymore even if he sleeps like that at home..
