One assistant need to add training hours to the PQRegistry under professional development. PQRegistry renewal date is 8/22/25.The other assistant needs to add any new training certificates to the PQR under professional development. Seven children needs current lead screening tests. Two children needs current medical exams. One child needs to have the enrollment forms updated. Corrective action: Child A- is an immigrant and does not have a pediatrician yet. Child has been in my program for 2 months now. Child B- Lead test result is in his file now and his enrollment form is signed and dated. Children C and D- had blood drawn for Lead test on 12/09/24 waiting on results. Once results are in mother would pick up and bring to me to be put in children file. child E- 11-month child has appointment for her Well Child Check up on 01/17/25 and Lead test would be done at that time. Child F- Lead test was done on 9/10/24 waiting for doctor office to send results. Child G- has appointment for her physical and Lead test on 12/13/24..
