On the day of the visit the program's Building Inspection was Expired. Corrective action: The building is having all of the sprinkler heads replaced. Once the work is complete, we will be given our building inspection.. Regulation: Building Inspection. One evacuation route in Rm 3 was obstructed by furniture Corrective action: The furniture was moved away from the door. The Director spoke with the staff in the room about the regulation that states that evacuation routes must be kept clear of obstructions at all times. All staff will review the need for evacuation routes to be kept clear at our next staff meeting on June 10, 2025.. Regulation: The licensee must ensure that the physical facilities are safe, clean, in good repair and free from hazards and clutter. The licensee must monitor the environment daily to identify and remove or repair any hazards that may cause injury to children.
