The regular assistant needs to complete the Essentials 2.0 as soon as possible. The educator completed the Essentials 2.0 on 3/15/25 and the certified assistant completed Essentials 2.0 on 12/12/24. Hot water temp is reading 125 degrees on 5/20/26, it must not exceed 120 degrees. Refrigerator temp is reading 39 degrees. Corrective action: Water temperature graduated to read below 120 degrees. Need current first aid/CPR for the certified assistant. The educator's renewal date for first aid?CPR is 9/26/2027. 7.07(10)(l) — Physical Facility - Indoors

Hot water temp is reading 126 degrees. The hot water seems to be out of compliance at each visit. We discussed some options. When the hot water temp is set to meet compliance household members should not change the hot water temp. Corrective action: Hot water was readjusted to be within the EEC regulations and should not be change.. Regulation: Water Temperature. Fire pit accessible to the children in the backyard. There is an Dome climber that is not secured. Please submit information about the dome and the ages of the children it recommends use it. Corrective action: Dome climber was not secure the day of visit due to the day before mowed the lawn. After visit pins were put back in place and secure to the ground. Ages for climbing start from 3 years up. Dome purpose is only for children to go under, not to climb ( on winter time is used as an igloo ).. Regulation: Outdoor Space. Educator and both assistants need to add current training certificates to PQRegistry. Educator and one assistant need to renew the PQRegistry. Corrective action: Certificates for all assistants and Educator, will be update and upload to PQRegistry. Assistant has been renew and posted in bulletin boar near entrance door. Educator's PQRegistry was not available at visit, but it is up to date, expiration date is 11/04/2025. It has also been posted by bulletin board near entrance door.. 7.07(07)(d) — Physical Facility - Outdoors

The fire pit in the backyard needs to be inaccessible to the children, it is metal and has sharp edges. Corrective action: Fire Pit was removed for children safety. Regulation: The outdoor play area must be free from hazards including but not limited to: a busy street, a parking lot, poisonous plants, water hazards, debris, broken glass, chipping, peeling or flaking paint, dangerous machinery or tools, and weather-related and environmental hazards or small objects that could present a choking hazard to young children. Any such hazard must be removed or fenced by a sturdy, permanently installed barrier which is at least four feet high or otherwise protected or removed, as appropriate. Circle swings need to be inaccessible to children when the program is operating. Corrective action: Safety hooks are in place for both swings, in order to be inaccessible for children on daycare hours.. Regulation: Playground Safety. All playground equipment installed after the effective date of these regulations and all playground equipment in homes first licensed after the effective date of these regulations must be located within use zones that are covered with an adequate depth of an impact-absorbing material, in accordance with EEC policy. Staff files was unable to be located and reviewed by licensor during the visit. Educator needs to get all reqired documents for each assistant and have it accessible. Inappropriate documentation use of regular assistant and leaving children to be supervised by the regular assistant in the absence of the educator. Corrective action: Assitants attendance have been input on daily basis accurately. In case of Home Educator absence, her monitor is / will be notified accordingly..
