The water temperature was 125 degrees. The water needs to be 120 degrees or less. The educator is using a nearby park for play. The educator is not using the front porch for play. It is for exiting only. No pool on the premises. The smoke and carbon detectors were tested and working on all floor levels. Corrective action: I lowered the water temperature down to 120.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. The indoor space must be clean, safely maintained, well-ventilated and well-lit, of sufficient size for the children served, and must encourage play and learning. Cited during: Progress Visit.
