7.07(02), 7.07(03) — Physical Facility - Indoors

The posted Building Inspection had an expiration date of 11/30/25 Corrective action: We have been working with the district for months to get this corrected. We will continue to keep up with it . Most recent email correspondence: Was with [redacted] dated 2/24/2026 at 10:53 indicating the inspections were completed last week and [redacted] is currently waiting for [redacted] to issue the certificates of occupancy. [redacted] will be sure to forward them to us as soon as [redacted] has them. Previous correspondences: on 1/27/26 I forwarded all my email correspondence from both the Fire chief and Building Inspector to my licensor so we could document the ongoing conversations had with each department to ensure we would receive the inspections in a timely manner. 1/22/26 with [redacted] 12/17/25 with [redacted]. Initial emails were sent in July 7/8/25 I [redacted] will notify EEC as soon as current inspection (s) are received by uploading the documents in Lead and emailing my licensor directly that I have uploaded said documentation.. Regulation: Building Inspection. Every program that is not located in a residence and every program that has a licensed capacity of more than 10 children must provide a certificate of inspection from the Department of Public Safety or the local building inspector certifying that the facility complies with the State Building Code (780 CMR). The certificate must indicate the following:, Fire Inspection. Every program not located in a residence must submit evidence of compliance with applicable fire codes. The program's Fire inspection was not current and had an expiration date of 10/26/23. Corrective action: That was the inspection date it did expire on 10/26/2024.
