Educator was working with an assistant with no assistant file on premise. Assistant is currently working with assistant that is expired but currently under review. (Assistant waiting on medical form.) Corrective action: The assistance that was working with me is still waiting on his medical form going foward he will not be allow to assist me until the form has been fill out. No assist that assist me is ever left alone in the program.. Regulation: The licensee must ensure that the program is staffed by appropriate numbers of persons with experience and/or education in providing education and care to children from birth to age fourteen., The licensee must employ educators and volunteers who, by prior education, training, experience and interest in fostering development and early childhood education, are qualified to meet the needs of the children enrolled, and who meet the qualifications for their respective positions.
