Check the enrollment forms to make sure the physical description of the child is completed. Two children need current medical exams and one child need a lead screening test. 7.06(03)(b), 7.06(03)(a) — Curriculum and Activities

Progress reports are not being completed according to regulations which is every three months for infants up to fifteen months, every three months for child with special needs, every six months for toddler/preschool and once a year for school-age. Corrective action: I have put in the progress reports that were missing for the child that was needed and will be adhering to the right regulations which is infant to 15 months, every 3 months and special needs kids, every 6 months, toddlers/preschool every 6 months. 8.13(01) — Record Keeping

All staff must log in and out when working with you. Daily attendance of the children have arrival and departure times. Corrective action: I have used the sign in and out forms for my assistant that work. At the moment, it is up to date as of January through March 2025 with sign in name, and time, also sign out time and I will continue to comply.. "There are firearms on the premises, each parent must be given written notice."" There is at least one parent that needs written firearms notice. Corrective action: I have given parents a letter pertaining to the licensed firearms that are on my premises. A signed copy is also in the child's file.. Regulation: Firearms. The licensee must keep firearms unloaded and either stored in a locked cabinet or equipped with a trigger lock and stored in a safe, secured place out of the reach of children. 7.07(07), 7.07(10) — Physical Space (Indoor & Outdoor)

There is an electric heater being used in the licensed space during childcare hours. It was removed after a discussion with the educator. Corrective action: The electric heater shut off and removed during the visit. The educator understands that it can't be used at all during child care hours.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space.
