The hot water temperature was reading at 135 degrees F. Please lower this to read under 120 degrees F. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and working in the basement. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. The basement hatch was covered with a carpet on the outside which made this exit inaccesible. Additionally, a new stairway was added to this exit that needs to be enclosed due to the gaps at the back of each step being large and considered to be a head entrapment risk. Corrective action: [redacted] is working on it it would be done for next week 9/12/25 I would send a picture All set is done the stairs are cover. Regulation: The licensee must ensure that the physical facilities are safe, clean, in good repair and free from hazards and clutter. The licensee must monitor the environment daily to identify and remove or repair any hazards that may cause injury to children. Exits and evacuation routes must be kept clear of obstructions.
