    An inhaler for a child with [redacted] was expired on the day of the visit. The inhaler expired in November 2025. Corrective action: A new prescription with a new inhaler were received on 3/10/26. All medication will be reviewed at the beginning of each month to keep on top of upcoming expiration dates and giving parents time to provide new prescriptions.. Regulation: All prescription medications must be in the containers in which they were originally dispensed and with their original labels affixed.
