   During a review of the Document Library, it was noted that the Building and Fire Inspections expired following the 3/6/2026 Monitoring Visit.    During the review of the emergency evacuation log, it was noted that drills are not consistently run. Corrective action: A plan for practicing monthly fire drills was created, including plans to use both staircases for practice.. Regulation: The licensee must ensure that the physical facilities are safe, clean, in good repair and free from hazards and clutter. The licensee must monitor the environment daily to identify and remove or repair any hazards that may cause injury to children.
