The educator had past progress reports in the children's files. The educator did not have any updated progress reports. Corrective action: Progress reports have been completed for all 8 children enrolled and are on file.. Regulation: Content. 7.07(07), 7.07(10) — Physical Space (Indoor & Outdoor)

The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are hard wired into the home and working during the visit. The water temperature was 122 degrees. The water temperature needs to be 120 degrees or less. The educator has a stream near the home. The educator has a fully fenced in yard. There is playground equipment that was licensed prior to 2010. Corrective action: I have turned down the hot water heater and my thermometer now reads 119° F. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. The indoor space must be clean, safely maintained, well-ventilated and well-lit, of sufficient size for the children served, and must encourage play and learning. Cited during: Monitoring Visit.
