    The educator has a large plastic, collapsible play pen for the infant to nap. The educator was under the impression that this was an appropriate napping material for the infant but due to not meeting safe sleep requirements, the large playpen is not appropriate for napping the infant. Please add either a mesh playpen or crib to the program for the infant to nap. The educator has a mat for the older child to nap on. Corrective action: Good Day. I replaced the New play pen with one I had . I ordered a pack of fitted sheets from Amazon that will be delivered tomorrow. The newer one was convenient because you can do everything there. The child will be [redacted] soon so it will be Appropriate then. I'm glad that it was brought to my attention. Thank you.. Regulation: The licensee must provide refrigeration and storage for food at not less than 32? F, nor more than 40? F for all food requiring refrigeration.     Due to the infant sleeping on a mat that was not firm and did not have a fitted sheet, and also not meeting CSPC standards this is a safe sleep non-compliance. Corrective action: The mat that matched the playpen, I wasn't aware that it wasn't appropriate. Upon children starting [redacted] was aware of playpen because it was out.. The child is going on [redacted] and is the only child who has used it. I WILL most definitely let the Parent know in case [redacted] maybe using something similar.. I'm glad I was made aware. Due to my being made aware of the one being used not in compliance, I will use the Mesh playpen I have now. Thank you..
