There are two buckets with standing water at the end of the ramp exit. The kitchen and bathroom sink need to be decluttered and cleaned up. The refrigerator temp is reading over 40 degrees, it should be between 32-40 degrees. Corrective action: Water in the buckets at the end of the ramp was removed on 8/5/25. Kitchen and bathroom was cleaned and decluttered on 8/5/25. Refrigerator temp was checked and a new gadget was installed in both the fridge and freezer on 8/10/25.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space.
