   During the review of seven children's files, it was noted that the several files do not have current parent signatures or updated physicals. Corrective action: Our membership director has been going through the files and has been notifying parents of any incomplete paper work.    During a review of the medication, one child's medication is not stored in the current medication container. Corrective action: This child’s medication was returned back to mom and mom brought the medication back in the current and correct container. This was corrected July 7th ,2025.. Regulation: All prescription medications must be in the containers in which they were originally dispensed and with their original labels affixed. Over-the-counter medications must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging., Unless otherwise specified in a child’s individual health care plan, the educator must store all medications out of the reach of children and under proper conditions for sanitation, preservation, security and safety during the time the children are in care and during the transportation of children. Corrective action: Our membership director had the parent complete the medication consent form on June 30th, 2025 and it is now in the child’s folder. We have also made sure that our other children have complete medication consent forms in their folders as well..
