An inspection of the new playground revealed that the fence separating the preschool playground from the school age playground had areas that could pose an entrapment hazard for children. Corrective action: We had the fencing company come out and added additional mesh fencing to prevent any entrapment hazards. Email send to licensor 6/13/2025..
