During the visit, the licensor observed an educator restricting a child's movement. Corrective action: Director reviewed EEC visit with all staff at Staff Meeting held 2/25/2026, highlighting the child guidance policy. Director met with and reviewed the EEC exit interview comments around child guidance and the restriction of movement with the individual in question during their one-on-one meeting on 2/25/2026. Further child guidance review will take place with the individual staff, and observations will be more frequent, with follow up meetings to ensure proper child guidance is taking place, when children are having a tough time in the classroom..
